If you wish to shop here using your voucher, you may order as normal online but we will require you to let us know the voucher number in the further information boxes when you place your order.

If you have a voucher you must submit this to Cyberstrawberry along with ID for verification before we can send your order to you.  Please follow the steps detailed below in order to redeem your voucher:

1 Place your order either online or by Telephone. If ordering online, at checkout please select the 'pay by telephone' or 'pay by cheque' option. Your total to pay at this stage will not have the voucher amount deducted.

2 Email us to tell us you have a voucher, give the Voucher number, the name of the issuing borough and your Cyberstrawberry order number.  (email: ann@cyberstawberry.co.uk)

3 Post your voucher and appropriate ID to us (for your own benefit we recommend you send this by registered post) The voucher must not be a photocopy, but the ID can be photocopied.

4. We will contact you to say we have received your voucher and will deduct the voucher amount from the total of your order. At this stage you can pay by credit card over the telephone, paypal (we will give you the paypal account to credit) or send us a cheque. Once payment has been received we will despatch your order to you.

Terms and Conditions

• We cannot despatch your goods until we have received a) the voucher and b) proof of identity which can be a copy of a utility bill or driving licence. We will send your goods where possible on the day of arrival of your voucher and proof of identity. Please do not ask us to ship the goods before we have your voucher and proof of identity.
• We cannot despatch your goods to a different name or address other than that on the voucher.
• The voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as wraps, grippers, liners.
• As the voucher is intended for babies under 18 months, please note training pants fall outside of this scheme.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).
• No cash change can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
• If you have ordered goods of a greater value than your voucher you may pay the difference by cheque or postal order payable to Cyberstrawberry (send with voucher). Our address is 10 Brenzett Close, Chatham, Kent, ME5 7NB. If you wish to pay the balance by Paypal or by credit or debit card we suggest to select that you wish to phone details through (0845 257 2110). Otherwise your account may be debited or pre-authorised until such time as we are next processing orders in order to credit the amount of your voucher from the total (this is usually only a maximum of 2 days).
