Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on
any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you
have finished your selection, click on Order and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Then either follow the instructions if paying be debit/credit card or send us a cheque for the invoice amount. After your cheque has cleared will we will sent out your order. Please make cheques payable to Cyberstrawberry

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You can pay by credit or debit card. You will be transferred to Worldpay's website after you have placed your order where you can fill in your credit card details.
Paying by cheque for the invoice amount. After your cheque has cleared will we sent out your order. Please make cheques payable to Cyberstrawberry.
PLEASE NOTE: All items are subject to availability. Cyberstrawberry shall NOT be obliged to supply goods at the stated price in the case of errors or omissions. Similarly mistakes caused by any calculation errors within the system shall not oblige us to supply at the price shown on your printed receipt.

We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. Shipping And Handling
Post and packing is NOT included in our prices. They are based on the total order value. Rest of world extra costs apply.
We use recycled packaging where ever possible so please don't be upset if your parcel arrives in a box that has been used once before.
We deliver your order as soon as your payment has cleared. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. However some of our baby care products may take a little longer, as we want you to receive the newest stock available. International orders are generally received in less than 21 days.

All items are subject to our 7 day no quibble money back guarantee, except for special orders.7 days is deemed to commence from the dispatch or invoice date, whichever is the later, and goods must be received by us on or before day 7.
For everything else, return the item un-used in its original condition and packaging, including invoice details by registered post to our address below, and mark it 'Returns:' The full purchase price of these goods will then be refunded less any postage costs.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us.
Remember to take out any extra necessary insurance to cover the value of the package. (For your own protection we advise you to use recorded post or special delivery when you return goods.)
